This one, like all the others is from Kathy Orta's Paper Phenomenon Tutorial. The base and pages are Recollections from Michael's, inked with Tim Holtz Antique Linen. The matting is all from an ancient paper stack by Debbie Mumm, the border punch is EK Success Paw Prints, and the ribbon belly band was from my stash.
