I am an advanced level Reiki practitioner.
I'm 64, have been practicing yoga for 8 years and I have grown one full inch in that time!
I can get by pretty well in both Japanese and Italian.
Now, to pass this on to some other sassy ladies who have become near and dear to my heart.
